The first study was carried out in the UK and shows that Allicin has a significant effect on preventing the common cold and its ability to shorten the duration of the cold if infected. The second study shows the high permeability of Allicin through membranes and demonstrates conclusively that Allicin is rapidly and readily absorbed into the bloodstream for maximum effectiveness.
