The active ingredient in all Alliforce products is Allisure®, which contains 100% allicin powder, derived from garlic.  Until now allicin could not be isolated and stablised for commerical application.

Other products promise a theoretical 1% allicin yield but do not actually contain any allicin and rely on the body to manufacture this and within clinical studies this has proven to be most ineffective.  Alliforce® is the only garlic product product that actually contains allicin ready extracted and stabilised for bioavailability.
